Fulshear’s population has roughly tripled since the 2010 census, and almost all of that growth sits west of Katy along FM 1093 and the Cross Creek Ranch and Jordan Ranch corridors. Marcus Boudreaux runs most of our Fulshear crew chief work and has watched the town shift from a scattering of older farmhouses to subdivision after subdivision of two-story new builds, homes with wide driveways and three-car garages that actually make for an easier load than the tighter lots closer to Katy proper. New construction also means a punch list is sometimes still open on move day, so the crew is used to working around a contractor’s ladder or a paint crew finishing a room. Whatever stage the house is at, it’s the same crew and the same six trucks handling every job on our route.
