This Privacy Policy describes how JC Moving Company (“we,” “our,” “us”) handles information submitted through jcmovingtexas.com. We’re a licensed moving company based in Katy, Texas, and this site exists so customers can request estimates and learn what we do — not to collect information for anything unrelated to that.
Information We Collect
When you request a quote, submit our contact form, or call the number listed on this site, we collect what you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, moving dates, pickup and destination addresses, and any HOA or gate-access details Kellan needs to put together an accurate estimate. Standard analytics tools also track general site usage — pages visited, approximate location, browser type — so we can keep the site running properly.
How Your Information Is Used
Information you submit goes toward building your estimate, scheduling your move, and filing any HOA paperwork your address requires. Renata and Kellan use it internally to coordinate which truck and crew get assigned to your date. We don’t sell your information to third parties, and we don’t hand it off for outside marketing.
