Sealy sits close enough to I-10 that a lot of our Austin County calls come from people chasing the highway access itself — a shorter pull into the Energy Corridor, more lot for the money than closer-in Katy. Bellville, the county seat, is smaller and older, built around a courthouse square, and the moves there tend to be locals trading one house for another rather than newcomers arriving.
Because Austin County sits furthest from our yard on FM 1463, Nadia Okafor batches these jobs where the calendar allows, running two or three Bellville-Sealy moves back to back instead of sending one truck out for a single house.
